Despite the decision, Alaskan youth can still access essential medical care.

On Wednesday, the ACLU of Alaska filed a motion for preliminary injunction in X.A. v. Mat-Su Borough School District (MSBSD) to restore the rights of transgender students to use the bathroom that matches their gender identity while the case is ongoing.  

The Anchorage Pride Parade, a vibrant celebration of diversity, equality, and inclusion, has become a significant milestone for the community. The ACLU of Alaska will serve as Grand Marshall for the parade.
