Join the ACLU of Alaska, Sitka Tribe of Alaska, and concerned community members for a "Know Your Responsibilities and Immigration Bystander Training" in person in Sitka and offered virtually on Zoom. Cookies and tea will start at 6:30 PM- bring your favorite cookie to share if you'd like.

This training is geared toward service providers, educators, faith leaders, business owners, community organizations, and anyone who interacts with immigrants, tribal members, or people who might be racially profiled to understand and know their responsibilities and rights when interacting with immigration law enforcement. This training will also cover how to safely intervene, document, and provide assistance when interacting with federal immigration enforcement actions.

This event is free and open to all.
