In December 2016, the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly passed unconstitutional restrictions on who may offer invocations at the beginning of the Assembly’s public meetings. We sued on behalf of our clients Lance Hunt, Iris Fontana, and Elise Boyer in order to ensure that the constitutional rights of every Kenai Peninsula Borough resident are protected.
