Grievance Procedure for Alaska Department of Corrections

The ACLU of Alaska’s Prison Project gets hundreds of messages a month from incarcerated people seeking legal help. Whether the ACLU of Alaska is able to help the individual or not, all issues must be fully grieved before a lawsuit can be filed.
