On February 27, 2020, ACLU of Alaska Policy Director Triada Stampas submitted written testimony regarding the ACLU of Alaska's opposition to SJR 13, which attempts to eliminate the constitutional protections of reproductive choice. If passed, the Senate Joint Resolution would open the door to more extreme abortion bans that would threaten a woman's right to control her own body.
