SB 91, sponsored by Senators John Coghill (R-North Pole) and Johnny Ellis (D-Anchorage) is a comprehensive, bi-partisan reform of Alaska's criminal justice system that makes our criminal laws smarter and our justice system better. The ACLU was part of a broad coalition to work on and support this bill.
