HB 205, sponsored by Representative Charisse Millet (R-Anchorage), is the House companion to SB 91, a comprehensive, bi-partisan reform of Alaska's criminal justice system that makes our criminal laws smarter and our justice system better. The ACLU was part of a broad coalition to work on and support this bill.
