Kristy Aldridge (she/her) brings a passion for equity, justice, and people-centered operations to her role as Operations Manager at the ACLU of Alaska. With a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Adler University, she has built a career in optimizing workplace processes, streamlining operations, and creating systems that empower staff to do their best work.
Kristy’s commitment to civil rights is deeply personal and lifelong. Born in Panama City, Panama, and identifying as an immigrant, Queer Person of Color, she understands that the fight for justice is inseparable from lived experience. She has worked extensively in nonprofit spaces, advocating for food-insecure communities, LGBTQ+ rights, and disability justice—grounded in the belief that none of us are free until all of us are.
At the ACLU of Alaska, Kristy hopes to ensure that staff have the resources, support, and infrastructure needed to advance the fight for civil liberties.
In her free time, she enjoys exploring film history as a dedicated cinephile, playing tennis, going to trivia nights with friends, and spending time with her wife and daughter.
